I have been using this filter since 2 year. Found it really good. We should not buy RO, they are useless. Water quality , Service , post purchase filter change all are good.

Happy with TDS around 150, highly recommend
I purchased the unit on going through their website. Many retail units suggested RO system, but I understand from RO users feedback that many people suffering with joint paints, may be drinking water without/with less minerals than required. I gone through Peore suggestion table and learnt that RO is not required upto TDS 1500. My area water is with TDS of 680. Hence I purchased the unit with actual requirement as suggested in their table. The unit delivered as per delivery schedule. Installled within 24 hrs of receiving it. Now using the unit for last one week. After purification the TDS is 140-150. For preserving the minerals the TDS should be between 50-300 as per various web sites. Now it is OK. But without RO, the taste will be little bit original taste. Regarding maintenance the time should pass for atleast one year, then only I can give my opinion. But as per company brochure it will be reasonable. Believing the data I purchased this unit. Now it is working fine and my family drinking more water than earlier.
